The macbook has 2 USBs with only one working . The other one has an electric current on it but doesn’t read or transfer data. So, I tested the motherboard and found 2 components with the numbers “4.7uh 1151CA” printed on top of them, one seems to be burnt. I tried to find it and google it, but i wasn’t lucky. I just figured the it’s an inductor bucause of “4.7uh” however, am not sure what the rest numbers mean “1151CA”!!? If anyone knows a replacement, please help me!!
Here’s the full specs: L7030 - 4.7UH-9.5A Vishay - Low Profile, High Current IHLP Inductors Mouser offers the part.
You should check the fuse as well as the rest of the circuit as these don’t go bad on their own. Most of the time its a short that kills them.
