Hello! I don’t know if this is the right forum to ask about appliances. It’s my first time joining but if anyone can re direct me into some forums about appliances esp. washing machines I’d be happy. So with that said, recently. our Washer got some into a unknown problem. We cant do anything about it. we tried re setting the system but i didn’t work. every time we turn the washer on, It always show this weird error.
I’ve tried everything, i searched for this error code but the problem is i don’t know how to read this. I’ve searched all kinds of error codes and i don’t see any symbol like this.
This is what our Washer is. I hope I get answers soon. I’m truly sorry if I posted this in the wrong forum. And sorry for my English. thank you.
This is a fill error. The washer isn’t filling in the allotted amount of time. Do these simple checks yourself before calling a qualified technician. UNPLUG THE WASHER Turn the water off to the washer. Remove the hoses at the back of washer using channel locks to loosen them then remove. Remember, lefty Losy righty tidy. Turn on the water while holding the end of hose in washing machine. Is the pressure good? Do this to bother hot and cold. If low water pressure check the hose for clogged screens at the cutoff. If still low pressure, have your house supply corrected. There are screens inside the water valve where the hoses screw into. Are the screws full of sand/sediment? If so, they can be removed. Using a small flat head screwdriver or similar, pull around the outer edge of screen. It will come out. Rinse clean then gently push back in. Hand tighten each hose then tighten with channel locks. Careful not to strip the plastic threads on valve. Turn water on. Plug in the washer. Start washer as normal. If you still get an error you will need to schedule a service call with a qualified technician.
