Hey I have a compaq presario CQ57 my screen is black and I have power my power light and my wifi light and batter light is on and my caps lock button light is blinking help I don’t have the one for a new laptop

@lmwooddell1996 could be an issue with your LCD. Connect an external monitor and see if that displays properly. If so you are having issues with your LCD. If not then you could be having issues with your motherboard. Start with a monitor and let us know. the other thing you can do is to disconnect your battery you AC adapter and your RAM. Then hold the power button down for about 15 sec. After that reconnect your RAM and your AC adapter and see if your laptop will boot up.
