OK one day I was filming a vid on my trampoline and my phone fell it hit the metal frame and cracked.And a few months later I was cleaning my room,I put my phone down fe on my table,and when I go to use it it has a black spot on it with lines.And when I go to use YouTube it clicks on random things.The black spot is bigger now,I have not used that phone since that happened. OK,now I have a 4s and YouTube on it is so laggy help me fix that too please.
Sounds like you are referring to the black splotch on the screen display or the crack on the screen. You need to get the screen replaced.
