No mic. Everything else works fine. Is there a warranty station in Sacramento?
Hi, If you have them, try using the headphones with the microphone attached and see if people can hear you when you are using that. If so at least it proves that the rest of the phone’s voice sending circuitry is working. The phone microphone is beneath a paper clip size hole at the bottom edge of the phone . I suggest that you DON’T stick anything in there to see if it is blocked, you may damage the microphone. You could try using a vacuum cleaner. Try using it very quickly to see if anything gets sucked out and then try your phone. If it still doesn’t work I suggest that given that you have just purchased it, that you take it back for a warranty claim.
