I’m using a translator. Please understand. My laptop fell to the ground, and the audio circuit parts fell off. So I’m trying to replace the part, but I don’t know exactly what it is. It looks like a transistor or a mosfet. Because the leg of the part is broken, I won’t solder it with that part. Just tell me exactly what that part is.

These three-digit SMD markings are not very reliable to ID components. A quick search for a 751 sot-23 yields results for a zener diode, which this chip clearly isn’t. Why not instead try looking up reference designs for that audio IC? A lot of times the manufacturer just uses whatever circuit the IC manufacturer recommends.
