Ok, so my problem is that I forgot my password for my Playstation account and when I tried to reset it using my email address and to change it I had to answer some security questions and account details, but I didn’t remember anything I put. And that brings me to my second problem, I’m trying to get a refund for 40 dollars after I accidentally bought a 3-month subscription. And I’m worried ill be too late to get a refund. Is there any way to change my password through Sony like an email address I can send a message to or a support phone number.
