I have a Kenmore He3t Washer. The door boot seal has a small tear and I am getting some water leaking out of the unit during the wash cycle. I should also mention that my Kenmore dryer is stacked on top of the washer. My question is, can the small tear in the existing boot seal somehow be repaired? If not, in order to install a new boot seal, do I have to remove the dryer from the top of the unit or can a new boot seal be installed by accessing only the front the washer?
