I’ve got an iPhone 5s with headphone jack not working and a broken iPhone 5c . Anyone knows if I can use the 5c assembly (lighting connector and headphone jack) to replace the 5s one (following the ifixit guide iPhone 5 Lightning Connector and Headphone Jack Replacement) ? Thanks

no completely different assembly. will not work!

Unfortunately, the dock connectors are completely different.

I did this on accident once and melted a lightning cable due to a short circuit.
