I just replaced my battery and one I powered my phone back on my home button and headphone jack didn’t work. When I plug in headphones I hear some sort of electrical clicking. I tried various headphones and the same thing happened. The phone speaker still works tough.
Did you have to pry out the battery with force? That can cause some damage to components along the edge of the logic board. You may also have damaged the Lightning port as part of your disassembly. Go back through this guide to double check your work.
