So I have a 2003 Saturn ion same issue headlights work but dashboard and tail lights does not. I checked all the fuses and they are all good. What do I need to do
This sounds like a bad connection at the ECM . Try disconnecting the main connector and cleaning the contacts with electrical spay cleaner then put dielectric grease on both sides before reconnecting .
