Hello, I dryer a pair of shoes yesterday which I occasionally do. I do not select a timed cycle. I just power up and hit start at the default screen. No prob - the HE3 handles it. I did this last p.m. & went to bed. Today the dryer will not work. It powers up normally, all sounds, lights, and panel indicators are normal. When I press & hold “start” it functions normally. THEN MY PROBLEM STARTS. The drum does not start, not heat occurs. Nothing. All lights & sounds normal. The drum does not start, though. Nor does the heat. The timer appears to start. It begins the usual “countdown,” progressing from the default of 40 minutes to 39, etc. just no dryer. My wife says I should always dry things like to in a time, controlled cycle so the software/hardware recognizes moisture levels, time, etc. I’ve never done this. What I did yesterday I’ve done dozens of time previously. Any guidance will be most appreciated. Thank you. And thanks for this site! It gives “hope” where none existed. Bombastic I know, but I don’t like “breaking” equipment my family needs. Appreciatively, Thomas

First try letting it reset. Unplug it for 5 minutes then plug it back in and see if it’s OK.

Tried that. When it didn’t start I left it unplugged overnight. No luck so far. Thank you for replying!

I’m having the same issue. But I replaced the thermal fuse and still nothing. HELP!
