On an iMac 24" mid-2007, is it possible to replace the hard drive with a non-Apple SSD? May there be any “incompatibility”? (thermal sensors for example)
I’m pretty sure we didn’t get the thermal sensor problems till the later models. I have run into it on the 2009 and up models. You should be fine.
