Having Pink lines on the right side of the screen? I am up for replacing the outer glass if that is all that is needed. But if it is the digitizer, then it seems to cost a lot more? What needs to be replaced in this condition? Thanks in Advance.
Display assembly needs to be replaced, gone faulty.
Im not sure but it sounds like the display needs to be replaced.
I have seen other methods and some owners say it comes and goes or by pressing on the top off screen. As having many years as a field service tech and dealing with connections it would be a matter of re-seating the ribbon cable connection. e.g. a lg tv that losses wifi just tack back off and dis-conect and re-conect both ends and fixed wifi. LG suggest to take back for repair or replace module. I have done this now on 5 lg tv’s Connectors do become a real problem so any views on a disassemble to this screen ribbon cable thanks.
