I’ve had my phone about one month. I keep having problems with the phone. Sometimes, I can hear the caller but they can’t hear me, and then the call shuts off. Sometimes they hear a lot of sounds like buttons being pushed. Sometimes the call is put on hold and some of those times I am able to get it back off hold. Sometimes the call is just dropped altogether. My location has nothing to do with it, and my battery is always well charged.
Hi, I suggest that since the phone is only 1 month old, that you consult the warranty documentation that came with the phone as to what you have to do to make a claim for a warranty repair or replacement. There is a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty on the phone.
