Chosen Solution
In order for the touchscreen to register my taps, I have to tap hard or more than once. It has not been wet or dropped but did play a lot of spades and poker on it. Help!
Hi Marion, your device may it has issue with the touch panel. this manufacture issue is usually covered by warranty contact the shop to replace the unit .
