Hi @logasnse , According to the specifications 8GB DDR3 (2 x 4GB) is the maximum amount of RAM that can be installed in the laptop. Here’s a link to the User Manual for the laptop. Scroll to p.78-79 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove/replace the memory (RAM)
