I have an Imac 22’’ EMC 2308 Late 2009 3.06 Ghz Mac (21.5-inch, Late 2009) 3.06 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Media Name: Hitachi HDE721010SLA330 Media I need an replacement hard drive could you please suggest me one since on your website it mentions use the hard drive of the same brand but i could not find any where a hitch brand hard drive . Could you please help
If you change the brand of hard drive on this machine, you will need to get the corresponding Hard drive Temperature Cable. 922-9215 Hitachi 922-9216 Seagate 922-9217 Western Digital
Here is a good replacement drive (1 TB 7200 RPM 3.5" Hard Drive). The one shown in the picture is from Toshiba. You may also want to consider using a hybrid drive, which has an SSD and a hard drive in one package for increased performance, which you can find here (1 TB SSD Hybrid 3.5" Hard Drive) this is a Seagate drive.
