Hello.. I have an iphone 6 plus that (I guess) has a Hard-disk issues, (40-13) error, I have another device that is locked by an icloud, I assumed that I can replace the hard-disks, is this possible? Is icloud information stored in the harddisk?

Usually, an error 4013 on a 6 series device is data corruption in the NAND. This can be repaired but it will require advanced soldering skills and it will also require a special NAND programmer as the metadata of your NAND needs to be repaired. If the other device has a larger capacity NAND, it could be transferred over but it will require the same kind of actions as above. If you are interested in doing this, you will have to find a repair shop that does micro-soldering repairs.

You iPhone has flash storage which is not serviceable. I think you’ll need to visit an Apple Store as your iPhone error implies your iCloud ID is corrupted.
