How can ifix my hard drive… Fujitsu IDE 40gb, can I remplace ir with a sólid state HDD?

i doubt it can be replaced with a ssd. IDE technology is very dated with the introduction of SATA… however you could easily find a replacement IDE drive on ebay from an older laptop… in this case though you must use recovery discs or install a new OS
