So a customer gave me an iPhone 7 without Haptic Feedback. I bought and installed a new Taptic Engine but it still doesnt work. After that i swapped the Lightning Connector for a new one, because thats where the Taptic Engine plugs into. Still no Haptic Feedback. The phone is NOT water damaged and never went into repair before. What could be the problem?

I know it’s hard for people with no access to known good parts and housings and I know you have replaced the taptic and the dock. But this does not sound like a board problem but a parts problem. If you put the board into a known good housing you will find the taptics will work.
