Power connected, no calcification water filled. It just won’t work.
Hi, Is the power led glowing red when you turn it on? Does it turn green after a while? If it does neither then there is a problem with the power supply circuit in the unit. Has it worked before and if so how long have you had the unit? If less than 12 months make a claim for a warranty repair/replacement from the manufacturer.
