So, I recently replaced the screen on an iphone X and the phone reboots randomly and boot-loops when it does. Now I have noticed that when I apply pressure to the bottom it boots properly . That is when i noticed this
There are grounding tabs on the bottom of the screen, what does this affect and can this be causing the issue? If so how do i fix this?
Those are just grounding points to improve overall EMI/RF performance, unlikely to be related to boot loop. The screen could be a refurb and had some kind of internal damage.
