Green lines outlining everything on my phone, it moves from item to item i have not dropped it or got it wet i went to settings and whatever i did made everything circle each thing in green
dm, Searched through a few forums and this is what was suggested as a fix to similar problem as you are having. Try tapping the home button three times or If you can, go to settings -> accessibility -> talk back and turn it off. Good luck.
