I have an older Vizio tv model E3d420vx. Recently the 2 hdmi ports on the back quit working and green vertical lines have shown up in the picture. When on the menu screen or just a black screen it’s great but through the side hdmi and cable coaxial connection the lines appear. Any ideas thank you

" means that you have no lines in those screen but once you have regular audio you get the lines? Can you post some images of what those look like? Post some pictures with your question use this guide Adding images to an existing question for that Right now this could be a main board issue. What have you checked?
