I want to upgrade my graphics card to one that is better suited for working with AutoCad 3D software. How do I replace the Graphics card? Currently I have a Graphics NVIDIA GeForce 9400M 256 MB
It’s integrated into the logic board and can’t just be replaced. You might consider a logic board upgrade.
This board uses an MCP79, which is not just a graphics card. It handles all system functions. If you solder an MCP89 on, it will be at best a 10% jump in performance, but the system will blow up and not work, so not a good idea.
