I try to access Google to do a search on my phone and it crashes. It won’t search for anything. Not getting an error code either. Just won’t work How do I fix this
You should try a system reset. Go to settings>backup & reset>factory reset. Warning: a factory reset will erase all you data, so backup anything important. This should fix your problem, and I hope it does.
