I can’t update. I tried to uninstall the uodates and than other apps stopped working. I was told to update, but can’t.
Try this, go to Settings and click on Application Manager, go across to All Applications and find google play store, click on that and clear the cache and Disable & Enable the app, also clear the data for the Application and then try to update again. Let me know if this helps
