Hi All, we currently repair mobile phones/tablets etc. However we are now looking to get into glass repair as well We are looking to get a freezer and all the relevant laminating equipment, is there any guides out there as to how to use these? or does anyone currently use them that would be happy to provide us with some information. Refurbishing is a completely different “art” compared to regular repair, and unfortunately, there aren’t may refurbishers who patrol this forum. You could check out the iFixit Pro Forum (pro.ifixit.com) and also join the refurbishing related groups on Facebook or Reddit. Hopefully there you will find the info you need. Just don’t forget to come back here once you have the knowledge so that you can share with the rest of the community.
See how u go with the usual heating method on a hot plate, some oca and autoclave first its really boring work though lol Hot plate take glass off Oca remover make sure its heated correctly and blades are clean Place the oca Place the glass and put it into the press Finally autoclave the only nice stage All stages are extremely soul destroying lol
