Chosen Solution
I just replaced my iPhone’s display. The display is working fine, but when the phone is plugged in to a computer, the touch screen wouldn’t detect any touches or have ghost touch. I tried to reboot the phone, re-seat the display cables, wipe/clean the display, and removed the screen protector, but I still experience the same issue. Edit: I also tried to plug it to another computer, but still experiencing the issue.
You would need to rule out the screen so I suggest trying a replacement one and see if it behaves the same.
