Hi all This is only happening on iPhone 6S models that I am repairing. Everything is followed correctly. I seem to be getting ghost touch and erratic touch on every other repair I do all these. Is there anything that’s causing this. All work is done in ESD environment. Is there something that the aftermarket screens are missing that causes it? Thanks
My advice is to move to another supplier. Bad batch of screens. If this is during testing before install then immediately switch suppliers.
Hi all, I also have this problem with 6S ghost-touch, when changing screens for customers. It´s a major paid in the .. for me, since my customers could think that I am providing bad parts. I really care about the quality of my work and this really concerns me. When I get new screens, I always test them with a test-unit.. No problems at all. They work without any ghost touch. After installing the screen in a customers phone; Ghost Touch?!? I have done lots of tests and I am simply stumped why this is happening on many 6S repairs. It could be a bad batch of screens, true, but why are the screens working in my test-unit then? Best regards Jan
