I have lost the power cord….. where can I buy a new one?
Hi @dierb7, i guess it is your power adapter, you can try purchasing, either from the company service centre or ebay. It seems that your DC adapter can be easily purchased, like from some electronics shop, etc. You need to take note on your device voltage, polarity (either positive or negative) which your photo frame needs, e.g. 12V positive polarity, and dc jack width if the 3rd party adapter provides a little more amps is okay.
