renters doing laundry and door won’t open or unlock. She tried to put it to drain, thinking maybe it had not done that and now nothing works. All the lights are flashing especially “door locked”. We have checked drain line and does not appear to be plugged. We did notice one of the water lines were turned off, don’t know if it was cold or hot. But when we turned it on did not make any difference. We did unplug machine for 10 mins but that did not make a difference. It is a GE washer/dryer combo, model GUAP240EMIWW, series G2005439C. We have no manual for it as it came with the house when we bought it. Thanks Ava
