I been playing on my gba sp with no issues until my gba or my game started freezing.it started with donkey Kong country freezing up and making noise on the transition to the game after choosing the on screen start option then it started spreading to other games.i can’t play rayman or donkey Kong country 2 without any freezing Note:it was also found floating on water when my old house flooded 10 years ago
Hi! The flood may have corroded your motherboard and damaged some components. No idea why this is happening only now, not 10 years ago when you found it in water. I suggest that you follow thisguide to get to the console’s main board. Use some Q-tips and some isopropyl alcohol to clean any sort of white corrosion (or any dirt in general). Also replace the battery if it appears to be swollen or if it looks damaged. (it could have gone bad, not being able to provide the power your system needs when launching the game)
