Games will not load on my son’s DSI. Gives you the message that you need to hold the power button down and then refer to the owners manual. I do not know where the manual is. He has tried the game in his DS Lite and it worked, this is not a downloaded game it is a game we bought that has worked before now. Thanks
try cleaning the gold contacts of the game and the DSi with a cotton tip dampened with ethanol, methanol or similar and then allow to dry.
Hey, the Wifi Board in your Dsi has gone bad or has disconnected from the motherboard. Very Common error in the Dsi and Dsi XL. When the machine takes a fall the wifi board will come loose. Remove the back cover and you will see a small board connected to the motherboard. Just make it is connected to the board. If it is, then the board may have gone bad.
