Chosen Solution
Galaxy S8 plus came in non-functional. Current is 0.00. I tried two charge ports and two batteries. Nothing. O tried replacing the main charging IC. Nothing. Charge port connector values read normally. Clearly there is a disconnect between the battery and charger port. I just can’t determine where. Any thoughts?

Try a different wireless charging coil maybe? The charging coil has a temperature sensor inside that will prevent the phone from charging if it is damaged.
