I have changed the thermostats and hi limit fuses 2 times. After reassemble, dryer starts fine. Sometime during the cycle, the heating coil goes out. clothes continue to tumble until timer shuts machine. What could be “blowing” the fuses? tested coil for continuity and it is good.
I’d have a look at the inside and look at the coil in particular to see if there is anything that could be causing it to overcurrent on you. Usually the coil heater systems are pretty basic.
