My mouse freezes in less then a minute after logging into my computer i dont why why i have reset it many times i have also tried holding fn then pressing f9 and it still doesn’t work
@antonio154 does the track pad still work or is it the whole computer that freezes if so try to get to the event log to see what errors you might have . If its just the mouse that’s freezing , try reinstalling the mouse . Did it come with a driver CD or a site you can get actual drivers for the mouse or is it strictly plug and play . Also what OS are you using and how new or old is the laptop. A little more info will go a long way towards giving you better support
if is wireless mouse replace the battery, but it is an wire mouse connected the mouse to a another usb port.
