The tablet is fully charged. I turn on the tablet and the shut down window appears and asks if you want to shut down. I can’t say ok or cancel. Or go back or to the home screen. No way to force restart. I haven’t used this in a long time, but I barely use it. I’m sure there is a way to restart. It’s almost like the screen doesn’t recognize the touch or is somehow locked.
Hi, Try a hard reset on your tablet. Here is a link that shows how to do it. Start about 4:00 minutes into the video. Be aware that if you do a wipe data/factory reset it will restore your tablet to a factory default condition. It will be like when you first bought it.
