How can I unfreeze my iPhone 6 plus phone? No damage. It just suddenly froze up with no lights etc.
Hold the Home Button (on the front of the iPhone) and the Sleep/Wake button (on the top of the iPhone) together at the same time. Keep them pressed at the same time for like 10-20 seconds and the phone should reboot . Hope this helps
