Hello. I can’t find anyone with a similar problem. I have a Bosch Axxiom Front loader. During wash there was suddenly a loud bang which stopped the machine. The drum is now off center about 2-3 inch lower then where it should sit. What parts are likely broken / affected? Thanks, Kevin
@kevinmachine possibly broken springs or damper. You’ll have to take it apart to make a proper diagnosis.
