I have an iPhone 6 plus that the front camera is not working on after a touch IC repair. The flash works fine as does the microphone, rear camera, and earspeaker. I have tried multiple cameras and cleaned the connection about a million times. There does not seem to be any problem with the connection.
Hi, You mentioned Touch IC repair. There’s a lot of components on the opposite side of the touch ics, near the digitiser and LCD connector, these are covered in underfill, and when heated up causes them to be pulled off the board or moved with the underfill, check the components and put them back or replace them.
