Did reset now phone is stuck on hello screen, its a ZTE modeln817
Put the phone on a charger and recharge it then reset the phone again. Usually when a phone freezes on a reset it was because the phone wasn’t completely charged when resetting. Hope this helps
My phone froze then it turned off.. Is there anything I can do?
