My refrigerator freezer is not freezing i replaced parts for thermostat .thermistor control board. and start relay ,and capacitor all fans are running what else could it be and some frost on one botton coil
Hi, Have you checked that the condenser coils are clean and free of dust? What is the temperature in the freezer and refrigerator compartments? You said that there is frost on one bottom coil, do you mean the evaporator unit inside the freezer compartment? If so and assuming that the compressor is running (is it hot to the touch?) then it may be that there is a blockage in the sealed system. Post some images showing the frost on the coil. Here’s how to do this Adding images to an existing question. Also check for any oily residues below the compressor or on the condenser coils near the compressor. If there are this may indicate that there is a leak in the sealed system.
