I watered my macbook recently. After a diagnostic the logic board is fried. It is a late 2008 macbook model A1278. 2.0Ghz processor. Can I upgrade to a 2.4 Ghz logic board with the same model or do I need to find an identical board?

The faster 2.4 logic board should work just fine.
