The screen freezes when it is receiving a text message and emails at the same time. If i am receiving a phone call during reading a text message or reading an email or being on safari or multitasking, the phone freezes and doesn’t allow me to do anything. It often restarts when its multitasking as well. I have already restored it to its original factory settings and I have done a hard reset numerous times a day. My phone is 1 year and 1 month old and has never been swimming. I am about ready to send it to apple and hope it can be fixed. Any assistance?
Trim down your applications, one or more are running in background using up CPU cycles (poorly written). Do you remember which app you either updated or installed when you noted things getting slow? It’s also possible you have some Malware running. While Apple has been very good making sure the App Store Apps don’t have anything you may have gotten an app or two directly from a developers web site which has been infected. Lastly, you could just be running out of memory and/or storage. Which still means you need to trim things back.
