My iPhone 6 Plus will be working fine and then all of a sudden it will randomly restart and go to the apple logo screen for 5-10 minutes, sometimes longer. And when the password screen come up and I type my password in it freezes for a minute and then does the and thing all over with the logo screen. What’s wrong with my phone? And how do I fix it???
There could be a lot of causes for this kind of behaviour. However when you don’t give any background on the what the phone has been through in the days and weeks leading up to this, it’s hard for us to know where to start. It’s like telling the doctor you have abdominal pain and leaving it at that - and expecting a diagnostic :>). So, what has happened to your phone in the days and weeks leading up to this; was it dropped, damaged or came into contact with water? This could be a battery issue, a screen issue, a logic board issue etc. If the phone was dropped or damaged, the I would start with a replacement screen. If the phone came into contact with water, then it has to be properly decontaminated first and then diagnosed later.
