hi if the black little plastics alongside the fpc connector for iphone 5s happens to wear out , does it affect the touch screen display in some way ???
Plastic worn out can affect the connection to the digitizer / touch screen cable. As long as all the gold connection points connect fine to the ribbon cable then it’s fine for now. Otherwise the fpc connector would need to be replaced.
