I had the same model and same issue. I disassembled the pump / motor assembly and found the motor to be broken, so I ordered a replacement motor and tested it OK before putting it on. The problem persisted with the replacement. I entered Drain model (the display showed DRAIN 001, 002, 003 ‘minutes’) but found no power to the motor at all. Tried reset by pressing three buttons next to START button and received error codes. F9 E1. Any idea?

Hi @Sunny Knoll If you model is a Kenmore 66513409N412 then a F9 E1 error code is a diverter sensor/motor problem. Here’s the tech sheet for the dishwasher. Go to p.9 to view the possible causes and what to check when you get this error code.
