I found this iphone in the street with both sides of the display basically shattered but the front display every once in a while flashes and says its activation locked and asking for the old owners account and password.. Could I delete all the old owners information and wipe it clean to fix. Or is it only worth parts ?
Without the owners details then no, maybe try handing it into the police for the real owner to get it back.
